  • What happens if I fail to make the required premium payment?

You are expected to pay premium for your insurance plan based on the available periodic offers (monthly/quarterly/annual). Unfortunately, failure to pay the premium means that you/beneficiary may lose the coverage.

To avoid missing premium payments, you can set it into your saving goals on Switch and follow through by deducting a percentage of the total bill from your account monthly.

  • Can I cancel my insurance plan at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any point in time. You'll only be covered as long as your subscription lasts. Other terms are noted by the service provider we are partnering with.

  • Who do I speak to if my insurers refuse to cover my bills?

If your insurer has declined your bills request and you want to challenge this decision, there are two ways you can seek redress:
