• What is the minimum operating system required to use Switch?

Switch is compatible with 9.1 OS on IOS and OS 5.0 or later releases on Android.

You can however access Switch on any browser on your phone or laptop. 

  • What do I do if I cannot log into my account?

    It's not unusual to forget your login credentials, and given that it is possible to get locked out if you keep trying the wrong password, here are some tips to help you regain access to your account:

    • Reset your password - If you find that your current password is not granting you access to your account,  the fastest thing to do is to request to change your password and a link to reset your password will be sent to your email address immediately.
    • Clear your cache - Sometimes, you can't get in because your phone's memory is full, and this has reduced the phone's speed. To fix this, go to your phone settings and clear your cache. It will free up some space and allow the app to run smoothly.
    • Log in from another browser - You may be experiencing a difficult login process because your browser version is outdated. Please update your browser or log in from another.

Switch was been designed for optimal performance even with a slow internet connection. However, to fully enjoy your experience, a good internet connection is essential.

You can check your internet speed or contact your network provider to ensure that you have a strong connection before using Switch.
