1. What are the new transaction limits on Switch?

The new transaction limit allows users to upgrade to a daily limit of 10 million Naira.


2. How do I upgrade my transaction limit?

 To upgrade your transaction limit:

Access Your Profile: From your Home or Dashboard, tap on Profile, and then select Transaction Limits.

View Your Limits: You will see a list of your current transaction limits for different transaction types.

Select the Limit to Upgrade: Tap on Upgrade next to the limit you want to increase.

Adjust Your Limit: Move the slider to set your new desired limit.

Proceed with Upgrade: Tap on Proceed.

Agree to Terms:  Check the box to agree to the indemnity terms.

Authenticate Your Change: Click Proceed, and then enter your transaction PIN to authenticate your change.

Await Approval: Once you are done, your upgrade request will be sent for approval.


3. Is there a fee for upgrading my transaction limit?

No, upgrading your transaction limit on Switch is completely free.


4. Why should I upgrade my transaction limit?

Upgrading your transaction limit allows you to transact larger amounts; making it easier for you to manage your finances, make payments, and send or receive more substantial amounts without having to transact multiple times.


5. How long does it take for the new transaction limit to take effect?

The new transaction limit will take effect immediately after you complete the upgrade process.


6. Is there a daily or monthly cap on transactions with the upgraded limit?

With the upgraded limit, you can transact up to 10 million Naira per day. There are no additional monthly caps apart from the daily limit. 


7. How will I know if my upgrade request is successful?

You will receive a confirmation email and a notification within the app once your transaction limit upgrade is successful.

Does the upgrade affect my existing transactions? 

No. Upgrading your transaction limit will not affect your existing transactions. It will only increase the maximum amount you can transact daily going forward.
